How Our Return Process Works

Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Return/Replace".

Select Reason
Choose the reason for return and provide details. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and confirm eligibility via email.

Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in original packaging. Our courier partner will pick it up, or you can drop it off.

Quality Check
Once received, our team inspects the product to verify condition and completeness.

Refund Processed
Refund is initiated within 2 business days of inspection approval. Amount reflects in 5-7 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. The return request must be initiated within this period through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
For defective or damaged products, the return window is extended to 15 days from the date of delivery. Please report any damage immediately upon receiving the product.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and seals intact.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
• The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or alterations.
• The product should be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
• Software products must be unopened and with intact seals.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product passes our quality check:
• UPI / Wallet: Refund within 2-3 business days.
• Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 5-7 business days (depends on your bank).
• Net Banking: Refund within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days. You will need to provide your bank account details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products/categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Consumables: Ink cartridges, toners, printer ribbons, and thermal rolls (unless defective).
• Software & Digital Products: Once activated or with broken seals.
• Customised / Assembled Products: Desktop PCs assembled as per custom specifications.
• Batteries: After installation or if packaging seals are broken.
• Networking cables and cut-to-length products.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
• Report immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
• We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund.
• Do not attempt to repair the product yourself as it may void the warranty and return eligibility.
• For products damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
• In case of manufacturing defects discovered after the return window, the manufacturer warranty applies.
6. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• You may exchange for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product at no additional cost (if price is the same).
• If the exchange product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
• If the exchange product has a lower price, the difference will be refunded.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order item.
